THOROUGH INSPECTIONS

To perform a complete inspection we must look into every detail of your home. Our inspections focus on the details, but we are careful to view the whole house as a system that works together. We have to look into each system independently to see how it is operating and judge how they are all working harmoniously for an efficient home. Here are some of the things we delve into:

INTERIOR

ELECTRICAL

PLUMBING

BASEMENTS

CHIMNEYS

EXTERIOR

ROOF

APPLIANCES

STRUCTURE

STAIRS

GARAGES

HVAC

PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTIONS

We want to make sure that you’re well-informed about the home you’re considering buying. Our services are an excellent way to assess the property honestly before you make an offer.

When you request our help, we’ll perform the following:

  • Structural inspection: Structural analysis of the residence. Foundations, joists, beams, and columns are included.
  • Roofing & exterior inspection: A roof’s drainage capability and moisture intrusion are examined.
  • Interior inspection: All rooms, ceilings, walls, floors, doors, windows, and stairs are evaluated.
  • Electrical inspection: Proper function and safety of electrical components, such as service entrances, outlets, lighting, service panels, and junction boxes are ensured.
  • Plumbing inspection: The interior water supply and distribution, fixtures, faucets, drains, and wastes of the plumbing system are verified.
  • HVAC inspection: Any safety concerns about the heating system are checked. The cooling systems’ operation, safety controls, and capacity are evaluated. Also, return grills, supply registers, and ducts are inspected.
  • Exterior walls & grounds inspection: Make sure the surrounding ground is safe and drains well. Ensure the outer walls are in good condition.

PRE-LISTING INSPECTIONS

Pre-listing inspections are a great way to make sure that your home is in the best condition possible before you list it for sale. If there’s a problem with your property, you can fix it before anyone sees it! This will make your home more attractive to buyers and help you get your house’s best possible price.

When you reach out to us, our team will do the following:

  • Analyze the residence’s structural components. This includes the foundation, the joists, the beams, and the columns.
  • Examine the roof and its components for moisture intrusion in the attic and drainage capability.
  • Evaluate the general condition of all rooms, ceilings, walls, floors, doors, windows, and stairs.
  • Test electrical components such as service entrances, outlets, lighting, service panels, junction boxes, etc., for proper function and safety.
  • Inspect and verify the plumbing system, including the interior water supply and distribution, fixtures, faucets, drains, wastes, and vents.
  • Consider the type of heating system and any safety issues that could arise in the future.
  • Analyze cooling systems’ operation, safety controls, and capacity. Also, we’ll inspect air conditioners, ducts, supply registers, and return grills.
  • Observe the overall condition of the surrounding ground for drainage and safety concerns. In addition, we’ll check the outer walls for adequate conditions.
